Youth Advisory Council
Youth ages 12-19 are welcome to share your reading interests, recommending books and materials, help plan programs, and make the library a more welcoming place for teens! Please contact Blythe at the library if you would like to be a member of this dynamic group.
Book Recommendations:
The library encourages children and parents to recommend books that should be considered for purchase!
Computers:
Children can use computers at the library. They can use their library card to log on, or a Guest Pass can be provided for them. The computers are filtered, and pornography is forbidden. If computer users misuse the computers, their computer privileges can be revoked by the director or the librarian on duty. Children are expected to be independent while using the computers, as library staff is not always able to assist them.
